I want to color my design sketch but i don't know how. I have really bad colored pencils, and no art markers or pens. I don't want to spend much, or any if possible. Please help! (i also don't have graphite or fancy supplies like that)
Well, I'm not really familiar with the way fashion concept drawings are done. But if you want to color them, or any drawing, as the people above have mentioned, you can use colored pencils. You can also use colored markers, I'm sure you can find some that are inexpensive, but of course you'll want to shop around for the best prices, I would suggest those that are thin with a fine point which will give more precision. However it's sometimes hard to get the right colors or tint with markers. So a great way is water colors, which is the way many professional drawings are colored. What I do is I buy different colors of small art-and-craft acrylic paint bottles from the dollar store. Then pour a small amount of paint to which I might add a bit of water to thin it down and to get the right tint, and mix different colors to get it just right. The bottles last a long time so it's a good investment, you should be able to get bottles for 1 or 2 dollars each. The most important colors you will need are white, black, blue, yellow, red.
However watch out for the misty/matte plastic paint bottles, though those usually cost less, the colors aren't as pure, and have a very slight washed out look. Those are fine for black (which is actually very dark gray), white, red, antique gold (dark earthy yellow), and metallics. But if you want good pure colors, you want to go with the smaller clear plastic bottles. Of course, the more colors you have, the better, because for example, orange, sky blue and turquoise are difficult to get perfect by mixing.
You might also need paint brushes, don't buy the ones that have animal hair, instead find ones that have either white or orange nylon bristles (they may also be multicolored), I think the white is a little bit softer. You can always find them at a dollar each, but sometimes you can get four for 2$. Brushes will last you a long time if you take care of them, make sure to wash them with soap after each use, and before the paint dries on them.
You might also want to draw over the pencil lines with a black gel pen after you've painted it, because the paint will have made the lines almost disappear. Gel pens can also be found in single or double packs for only a dollar.
So, for about 10 to 15 $'s (depending on your luck and needs) you can be set to color, paint or decorate anything for the months if not years to come!
The only problem with water colors is that they wrinkle the paper, so it's a good idea to get really thick paper.
Other then that, there is computer editing, all you need is a digital camera, scanner, or some way of taking an image of your work and putting it on your computer. And, this is actually free! Here's a downloadable program that can do most things Photoshop can do that's called Gimp.

This is a totally free and legal program, and the reason it is free is that it is Open Source, which means it is designed to be easily tunable for different uses by anyone who knows programing, which also means that by law it has to free, so it's not some kind of pirated software or anything.
And the advantage of it is that you can make an infinite number of color styles with just one drawing, and you can edit or start over again an infinite number of times, plus you can share your creations over the net.
