i went to magic mountain and when i was there my season pass tickets were pushed out of my bag so how do i reprint them??? please help me i am going tomorrow i really need to be able to this. Thank you. (=
Did you buy the pass on-line and you lost that paper, you can re -print it on your own at home. If you don't have the link, they can print it for you at the park. As long as you can prove that it was you that bought them. This works for online season pass purchase only.
Did you buy the pass at the gate or upgrade inside the park? If you lost that little voucher that looks like a receipt, ( the one with the barcode) there is NOTHING you or they can do to replace it. If you lose the voucher and it was not bought on line, then it is gone. Once that paper is gone it is gone... I am serious.
If some one else already used your voucher, then it is also gone and cannot be replaced. You are responsible for your papers. Again, sorry, that is not the answer people want to hear, but it is the truth.
